The Adjustable Speed bag Platform includes a 3” and 1 ½” thick steel pipe, a 24” diameter wood board and a mounting kit to keep the speed bag attached to the wall. The swivel and speed bag are sold separately. This platform will help you keep the bag in place while punching at a different speed because of the movement it makes.
